1. Services

Dpointed Cure is a medical billing company providing business support services to healthcare providers, including but not limited to:

• Medical Billing Services
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Practice Management Services
• Patient Benefits & Eligibility Verification
• Credentialing Services for Healthcare Providers
• Virtual Assistant Services for Healthcare Providers
• Insurance Authorization Services

Disclaimer: Dpointed Cure is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide direct patient care. All services are business-to-business support services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including practice details, billing data, system access, and timely communication necessary for service delivery.

3. Payments

• All services must be paid according to the agreed payment terms stated in the service agreement.
• Late payments may result in delayed or suspended services.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

We treat all client information, including patient health information (PHI), as strictly confidential and handle it in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be executed where required.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified. Dpointed Cure retains ownership of its internal processes, tools, and templates, as well as the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to maximize collections and minimize denials, we do not guarantee specific reimbursement amounts, insurance payments, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control (payer policies, provider documentation, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

Dpointed Cure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement. The client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
